Description: The Dairy Museum emerges with the aim of studying, gathering and cataloguing all those existing testimonies about the traditional culture of milk and its derivatives in Asturias. Nowadays, the museum counts with a collection of more than 500 pieces, distributed in three thematic sections: 'The Milk', 'The Cheese' and 'The Butter'. The museum also develops an outstanding didactic activity, practicing the production of traditional cheese and butter and doing routes through the cattle areas of the region.
