Name: Zurea Valley
Description: It is the rural centre of Zurea parish formed by the Mendonza's Palace complex, which seems to be the centre of the current village, and a group of ancestral homes. Many of them have got a corridor and a good orientation.
THE MENDOZA'S PALACE OR PALACE OF THE VALLEY is a farming complex of stately character formed by a stately manor, chapel, caretakers housing, stables and barns, paneras (corncribs) and spaces bound for courtyard, garden, apple orchard and vegetable patch. All this is fenced by masonry walls. Attached to its right there is a chapel that connects with the stately manor by means of a covered corridor and to its left there is a gallery. In the main facade it has got the balcony of the main hall and over it, we can see the wooden coat of arms. In the inside, the floors had stone drawings
The chapel is known as Saint John's or Incarnation Chapel. In its inside, it is wide and an arch divides into two parts the nave. It has got an 18th century Baroque altarpiece with a coat of arms on its attic. The belfry in the main facade has got eye-catching doors.
